Do you own a motorcycle or even enjoy motorcycles?  (No age limit to join but each new application must be reviewed & approved by coordinator before processing of application)

Come along to our regular Coffee Mornings on Saturdays between 10:00 am - 12:00pm noon at

‘Alioke Eatery’       4A Central Park Lane, off Berryfield Drive,  Richmond.

Introduce yourself to one of our Committee Members. This is so we can provide more information on the club & answer any queries you may have.

If you ride a motorcycle, you are most welcome to join one of our planned rides  - See the "Rides" page for the meeting place, usually on Sundays, but the time of departure varies.

Current fees (as at 2024) are:

Ulysses Club of NZ Inc Sub: $30 joining fee, and then you can choose to join for one year at $70 or three years at $190

National sub payments are made to:  02 0412 0001771 097 and include your membership number as a reference.

Extras: Bike badge $15.00

Name Badges:Branch members can replace lost name badges or order an extra one.Note:  You can also order a name badge for your partner.

The Ulysses NZ membership year is from January 1st to December 31st.

Ulysses Club NZ Inc - Membership Benefits List

The list compiled below is a brief summary of what you receive for your annual subscriptions.

  • Membership to one of the largest motorcycle clubs in Australasia, providing fellowship to motorcyclists.
  • Publication of Ulysses magazine in hard and digital copy.Advertising marketing by a paid advertising manager.
  • Holding the National bike raffle.Running this is a major undertaking, which takes lots of volunteer time, as well as costs involved with administration.
  • National representation with ACC and other government departments in relation to motorcycling matters.
  • A National Committee working for the betterment of the whole club.These roles are all voluntary, but can claim for costs involved in fulfilling their roles.Some of these roles are provided laptops to do their roles.
  • A national communication network, including email, Mail chimp newsletters, website and Facebook page.This allows branches and members to communicate freely between each other.
  • National PR through the Website, promotional video, Banners, FaceBook, advertising and other PR materials available.
  • The supply of Ulysses club branded gear through the National Quartermaster.
  • Financial and administration support provided by the club’s paid contracted administrator.
  • Correct accounting and use of club funds through Xero.
  • A support system for branches and members to call on for information and support with club procedures and disciplinary matters.
  • A national product and service discount scheme, offering discounts on ferry travel, accommodation, auto stores, VTNZ, clothing ranges and many other outlets.
  • Rider training and mentoring, as well as investigating and funding rider training initiatives
  • Yearly AGM and national rally, attended by many members.Natcom supports each branch as required and covers costs associated with meetings.
  • Purchasing the required Odyssey and Life Membership badges to be presented at AGMs
  • Biennial Coordinators workshop which supports and strengthens the branch network.Coordinators travel and accommodation and meals are covered by Natcom.
  • Welcome packs and membership cards for new members.
  • Rules, policies and procedures to help guide branches and members.
  • Plenty of fun and enjoyment with like minded people.
